Hi! How are you? It’s so good to see you!
Sometimes described as "Michael Cera-esque", sometimes compared to the one scene in Hot Rod where Jorma Toccone sings "One More Try" to his stuffed animals, Alex is an expert in the awkwardness that lives inside us all.
And yes, this is me Alex writing this, and yes, I am writing in the third person.
I have always had a fascination with how silly people can be. Whether it allows to me to magnify it to create a fun, smart comedic performance or to specifically jusstify a character's motivations in the most heart-wretching of scenes. I love to highlight that deep down, it's all our first times at life and no one has any idea what they're doing.
I studied English Literature with a minor in Theatre at Penn State University, before moving to NYC to study acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Now I am a writer, actor, and creator invested in bringing out the weirdness of people. I believe that art comes from the little part of your brain that wonders "maybe not..."
